We specialise in high-quality Sales and offering a comprehensive Letting and Management package. David set up Brock Delappe in 2004 with Kevin Delappe. David’s background is in residential property and he holds an honours degree in Property Economics and is a member of the RICS. David’s constantly striving to develop the business in response to an ever changing market.

Sean is our senior sales negotiator and has been with us since 2005. With almost 20 years’ experience, Sean has developed into a very accomplished negotiator, with all the skills required to ensure your property achieves the highest possible price.

Megan is an integral part of our sales team. She has extensive knowledge of the market and the sales process. She carries out a lot of the viewings and is always on hand to answer purchasers’ queries and update vendors.

Lettings Manager

Karl is our lettings manager and has been with Brock Delappe since 2006. His background is in business to business sales and he has excellent interpersonal skills. Karl has an unrivalled knowledge of the lettings market and we consider his advice invaluable.

Chelsey is our property sales co-ordinator and ensures the smooth running of each sale. Chelsey co-ordinates everything from compliance and marketing through to closure, keeping buyers and sellers updated at every juncture.

Property Manager

Eoin holds a higher certificate in real estate administration from Athlone IT. As property manager he carries out a very important role in our letting and management service. The efficiency and attention to detail he applies to the job ensure the smooth changeover of tenancies.

Property Manager

John, our property manager is a problem solver and real people person. He is there to assist both landlords and tenants with any complex maintenance issues. John is a keen golfer who is a former winner of the Irish Times Fantasy Golf Competition.

Catriona (MIATI) heads up our accounts department and is a full member of the Accounting Technicians of Ireland. She has a position of huge responsibility and her meticulous nature ensures the smooth running of all our landlord portfolio’s.

Hannah has worked in a number of roles within the company. Her rounded experience is a real asset to accounts department, allowing issues to be quickly resolved. Hannah works efficiently to ensure our clients’ portfolios are performing.

Joyce has a strong background in banking and customer service. Joyce is a real people person and her customer service skills are a huge asset to our staff and our clients alike.

Niamh holds a Diploma in Business Management and has 20 years office experience. She is skilled in prioritising and completing tasks efficiently and effectively. She’s responsible for all rent reviews, ensuring the correct procedures are followed and landlords are notified.

Maintenance Co-ordinator

Leigha manages our busy maintenance department, constantly liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure our clients get the most efficient and cost effect maintenance solutions. Leigha has a background in breakdown assist and brings all of these skills to her role.

Nikolaos is the friendly voice at the other end of the line when you call Brock Delappe. He has extensive experience in the hospitality industry where customer service skills are hugely important. Nikolaos is passionate about his job and applies all of his skills to the role.

Max is a car enthusiast from Donegal currently doing the auctioneering apprenticeship. Max specialises in property management in Donegal and he is with us to gain sales experience. Max has an outgoing manner and is a real people person.

Maintenance Technician

Gavin is our in-house maintenance technician, whose main experience is in carpentry and plumbing. Gavin is very skilled and capable of turning his hand to almost any maintenance issues. Having Gavin ensures we can respond to any urgent issue ensuring the safety and comfort of our tenants and peace of mind for our landlords.
